🔄 1 Week (7 Days) Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days (1 week) of receiving their equipment, provided the product remains in pristine, unused condition with all original packaging.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
- The item must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Product must be in original condition, complete with original box, user manuals, power adapters, cables, and packaging inserts.
- Serial numbers and warranty seals must remain intact without tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sterile surgical packs or single-use disposable consumables that have been opened or unsealed.
- Custom-manufactured hospital furniture or specialized customized items built to custom specifications.
3. Refund & Replacement Processing
Upon safe arrival and inspection of the returned unit at our Lahore warehouse, refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 to 3 business days via direct bank transfer or store credit.
